breakfast buffet beach access beach villa dirty room unsatisfactory outcome blocked toilet
the resort offered a great breakfast buffet. i really liked the longtail boats. they provided free transport to a nice little island with a white sand beach and clear waters. i stayed in a villa on the beach and it was super nice.
the rooms were not really 5-star. i found them dirty and in poor condition. i raised these concerns with the hotel, but the outcome was not satisfactory. the toilets were blocked in the swimming pool areas.

I loved the excellent free boat transfer. It made getting around easy. the main beach bar was a lively central place. the staff were amazing, always smiling and helpful. my own private pool was definitely a highlight, so quiet!
The boat transfer operates hourly. More frequent trips would be better.

the hotel featured three swimming pools and two main bars near the beachfront, very well staffed. there was also a water slide on the hotel adding a fun option for adults, it allows guests to feel like children again.

Breakfast offered many choices. the food was AMAZING!!! dining at the restaurant was tasty and well presented. i especially liked the italian restaurant. It was excellent with creative dishes. the pizza was the best i ever had.

the food was amazing (i especially enjoyed the thai cuisine). service was generally prompt and courteous. the island location made for a relaxing escape.
the beach had some litter. some areas needed refurbishment. golf carts were not readily offered to guests, a lot of walking.
